Este protocolo tiene como objetivo sensibilizar, formar y orientar a sus miembros sobre estas problem\u00e1ticas. El material informativo aclara que la violencia no se limita a agresiones f\u00edsicas, sino que tambi\u00e9n incluye la <strong>violencia verbal<\/strong>, manifestada a trav\u00e9s de insultos, agravios y desprecio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el protocolo define el <strong>acoso<\/strong> como el hostigamiento y persecuci\u00f3n, actos que generan incomodidad y malestar en la v\u00edctima.
